Clean Power Plan (清洁能源计划)

The Clean Power Plan (清洁能源计划 qīng jié néng yuán jì huà), announced by the Obama administration in August 2015, refers to a policy aimed at combating anthropogenic climate change (like global warming). The plan sets the first-ever limits on carbon pollution on the United States’ domestic power plants, the largest source of pollution in the country that is speeding up dangerous climate change.
